Issue/Question
When I click to access a Mediasite recording, I am redirected to the Blackboard home screen.
Resolution
This will need to be resolved by the instructor. Please contact the ITS Service Desk.
Instructors
In August of 2021 the method in which Blackboard and Mediasite were connected was changed. Videos that are redirecting to the Blackboard home page must be re-linked to the Blackboard Course Site by following these instructions.
