OWA Redirects to Blank Page

Issue/Question

OWA displays a blank page after I sign in.

Environment

  • Office365

Resolution

  1. Follow the steps in these articles to clear the web browser's cache:
  2. If the issue persists, flush the DNS cache of the computer.
    • Windows
      1. Open a Command Prompt.
      2. Type ipconfig /flushdns
      3. Press Enter.
  3. Use another DNS server.
  4. If you are still having issues after following these steps, Please contact the ITS Service Desk.
