Resolving Text Size Issue

Issue/Question

My text in my email is really small. How do I fix that?

Environment

  • Microsoft Office 2016 (Windows)
    • Outlook 2016

Cause

The zoom setting was changed to be below or above 100%. 

Resolution

  1. With the email that has the small text open, hold CTRL on the keyboard and use the mouse scroll wheel to adjust setting as desired.
  2. Restart Outlook.
