Resetting Network Settings

Issue/Question

My computer shows no networks in the area, but I am connected on other devices. How do I get it to appear? 

Environment

• Windows

Resolution

1. Click the Start  on the task bar. 
2. Open Settings .
3. Select Network & Internet.
4. Select Advance network settings.
5. Select Network reset. 
6. Click Reset now.
7. Your computer will be required to restart and you will need to re-enter network passwords.
