Resetting Network Settings

Issue/Question

My computer shows no networks in the area, but I am connected on other devices. How do I get it to appear? 

Environment

  • Windows 10

Resolution

  1. Click on the network symbol in the System Tray. 
  2. Select Network and Internet Settings.
  3. On the left, make sure you are in Status.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and click Network Reset.
  5. Click Reset now. Your PC will be prompted to restart.
