How do I enable cookies on Safari?

.
Click the

tab.
Make sure that
Block all cookies
is unchecked.
You may also need to ensure that
Prevent cross-site tracking
is also unchecked.
Close the Safari preferences window.
Reload any open web pages to apply the changes.
