Setting Up Sound Notification for Outlook (Windows)

How do I enable or disable notification sounds for emails in Outlook?

Resolution

  1. Click File.
  2. Select Options on the left. 
  3. Select the Mail option.
  4. Under Message arrival, uncheck Play a sound. 
  5. Click OK.
