How do I enable or disable notification sounds for emails in Outlook?
Environment
Resolution
- Click File.
- Select Options on the left.
- Select the Mail option.
- Under Message arrival, uncheck Play a sound.
- Click OK.
- Click File.
- Select Settings.
- Select General.
- Select Notifications.
- Click the next to Mail
- In the New email section, click the in the Play Sound menu. Select your preferred audio setting.
