Cannot Save as Adobe PDF in Microsoft Word

Issue/Question

When I try to save a document as Adobe PDF in Word it comes up with the following error:

Unable to find Adobe PDF resource files...

Environment

• Microsoft 365
  • Microsoft Word

Resolution

1. Go here and save the file.
2. Once the file is done saving, open the file and follow the installation wizard.
3. Restart your computer and attempt to Save as Adobe PDF again.
4. You should now be able to Save as Adobe PDF
