Creating a Blog on Blackboard (Instructor)

How do I create a blog for students to use on Blackboard?

Environment

• Blackboard

Resolution

1. Navigate to your Blackboard course site and locate the content area where you want the blog.
2. While in edit mode, hover over Tools.
3. Select Blogs.
4. In the new page that appears, select Create New Blog.
5. Fill out the name and instructions fields and edit the settings to match your needs. 
6. Click Submit when you are finished.
7. The new blog is now created and students will be able to access it.
