How do I filter or create rules for email messages?

Resolution

Create Filter/Rule Based on Example Email in Your Inbox:

  1. Right-click message.
  2. Click Rules.
  3. Click Create Rule.
  4. Modify desired drop-down fields pre-generated by Outlook, customizing as desired with Advanced Options.
  5. Click OK.

Create Filter/Rule Without an Example Email in Your Inbox:

  1. Log in to Webmail.
  2. Click Settings .
  3. Click Mail
  4. Click Rules.
  5. Click Add New Rule.
  6. Customize Rules as desired.
  7. Click Save.
