Downloading Mediasite Recordings

How do I download or share a Mediasite recording?

Resolution

If you are the owner of the Mediasite recording

1. Log into the Mediasite Portal.
2. Click the video title you wish to download.
3. Click Downloads at the bottom right of the page.
4. Select the file you wish to download.
5. The files will be located in your Downloads folder on your device.

If you need to share a download link for the recording

1. Click Share Presentation button.
   Note: In order for the recipient to view the recording, we recommend having My Organization set on WHO CAN VIEW? setting above. 
2. Share the presentation via quick link to send directly to them or via email address.
3. If via email, type their email address and click Send Invite.
