Messages Missing From Inbox

Issue/Question

Some messages are missing from my inbox, but can be accessed in OWA and/or on my phone.

Environment

• Windows
  • Outlook 2016

Cause

A customized view may be active on the Inbox, causing Outlook only to display specific messages.

Resolution

1. Click VIEW.
2. Click  Reset View.
3. Click Yes.
