Open
Outlook

Right-click on the email folder you wish to have mail automatically deleted from.
Select
Properties...
.
Select
AutoArchive
.
Select the radio button next to
Archive this folder using these settings:

Adjust the
Clean out items older than
area to the date range you would like to
have deleted
.
Select the radio button next to
Permanently delete old items
.
Click
Apply
.
Click
OK
.
