How do I re-activate the Duo app on a new phone with the same phone number?

If you have
changed your phone number
and do not have another device enrolled, please contact the
ITS Service Desk
or
submit a service request
.
Go
here
.
Log in with your
NetID
and
password
.
Click
Add a new device
.
Approve the login
request using a
different enrolled device
, or click
Passcode
and then click
Text me new codes
.
Select the
type of device
you want to add.
Enter your mobile
telephone number
.
Check
the box to
replace the existing number
.
Follow the directions on screen.
