I composed a large number of emails with the built-in Windows utility but they have not sent. What can I do?
Environment
Cause
If you created the emails within Windows 10 rather than Outlook, the messages might have been queued up for processing but have not yet sent.
Resolution
In order for messages to send via Outlook, the application must be open and remain open until all messages have sent. In order to send messages please ensure that Outlook is open; the program may remain minimized for convenience if you so choose to build your emails in a separate program.
