My computer came with a trial version of Office. Can I use my TopperMail account's Microsoft 365 subscription to validate it?
Resolution
The trial version included with many new computers is not compatible with the license type of Microsoft 365 included with TopperMail accounts. The trial version software will need to be uninstalled, then Microsoft 365 can be downloaded and installed through your TopperMail account.
