Issue/Question
When I go to the WKU email page, I am immediately logged into another account instead. Clicking the Logout button has no effect.
Resolution
You can use a different browser, exclusively for your WKU account, or put your normal browser into a private mode, so account credentials are not stored. You may also close all open email windows and clear the cache from your browser in order to log out of any sessions.
