How do I create a signature in Outlook 2019 for Mac?

Under
Email
, click
Signatures
.
Under
Signature name
, click

Add a signature
).
Double-click
Untitled
, and enter a name for the new signature. The name you give your signature is for your reference. It doesn't appear in the signature of your messages.
Under
Signature
, enter your desired signature for outgoing messages.
Under
Choose default signature
, you will need to set signatures for both new messages as well as replies and forwards.
