Creating an Email Signature (macOS)

How do I create a signature in Outlook 2019 for Mac?

Resolution

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Click the Outlook menu.
  3. Select Preferences ... .
  4. Under Email, click  Signatures.
  5. Under Signature name, click (Add a signature).
  6. Double-click Untitled, and enter a name for the new signature. The name you give your signature is for your reference. It doesn't appear in the signature of your messages.
  7. Under Signature, enter your desired signature for outgoing messages.
  8. Under Choose default signature, you will need to set signatures for both new messages as well as replies and forwards.
