Removing an Outlook Account (macOS)

How do I remove an email account from Outlook on my Mac?

Environment

  • Outlook 2019

Resolution

  1. Open Outlook. 
  2. From the Outlook menu in the upper left corner, select preferences.
  3. Click accounts. 
  4. Click the account that you would like to delete. 
  5. Click the minus sign (-) in order to delete the account. 
  6. Click Delete on the next screen if you are sure you wish to delete the account.
