How do I create a new Outlook Profile / Identity for Outlook on macOS?

Resolution

  1. Close Outlook if it is open. 
  2. From Finder, open the Applications folder. 
  3. Right-Click Microsoft Outlook. 
  4. Select Show Package Contents. 
  5. Open Contents, and then the SharedSupport folder.
  6. Double-click Outlook Profile Manager. 
  7. Click the to create a new profile. 
  8. Name the new profile.
