Issue/Question
How do I log into an Adobe Creative Cloud account purchased or provided through WKU ITS?
Environment
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Acrobat Pro
- Adobe Spark
- InDesign
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- Premiere Pro
- WKU-owned Machines
Resolution
- Navigate to Adobe.com.
- Click Sign in. Enter WKU email address then click Continue.
- Note: If prompted for options for Personal or School/Enterprise, select Personal and enter your Adobe password. If you do not recall your Adobe password you will need to reset it through Adobe. There should be a reset password option on the screen. (Skip to 4)
- WKU Single Sign-On screen should appear and enter your WKU email address and password, then click Sign In.
- You should now be signed into your Adobe Creative Cloud account where you can download and install Adobe applications as needed.
- Navigate to Adobe.com.
- Click Login.
- Enter your WKU Email address and click Continue.
- WKU Single Sign-On screen should appear and enter your NetID and password.
- Click Sign In.
