When I switch to the New Outlook mode, some items are missing.
The Outlook for Mac team is working on a redesign of the app, using new architecture. Some functions in the conventional Outlook are not available currently.
As the app is updated, more features are added. Microsoft keeps an updated list of what is available and what is not here.
