Accessing Student Email Before Registration


Why can I not find or access my student email (TopperMail) account credentials?


Students are not given an account until they have been registered for classes.

Students (including Dual-Credit) applying to WKU for Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall 2023 or later will have their email account created within 24 hours of being admitted to WKU instead of after registration.


Students will have a student email address automatically generated for them within 24 hours after registering for classes.

Note: Dual-Credit students are manually entered in the system by the Dual-Credit Office. This is often done much later than the 24 hour time frame listed above. Contact the Dual-Credit Office at 270-745-3418.
