Creating Affiliate / Non-Employee Accounts

Issue/Question

How do I request an Affiliate/Non-Employee of WKU get an email account?

Resolution

Affiliates and Non-Employees of WKU are eligible for an account in the firstname.lastname-aff@wku.edu format; this is strictly an email-only account and will not come with additional features such as Microsoft Office.

Before an account can be created, you must have appropriate Affiliate or Non-Employee status in Banner. If status is not established, you will need to contact WKU Human Resources to have updated.

Once the status is reflected in Banner, please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request by clicking the Request Service button.
