I'm an alum, but I don't have a WKU email address. How do I get one?
Environment
Cause
WKU allows degree-awarded alumni to keep their email addresses; however, accounts may be deleted if there is not log in activity in a 6 month period of time.
Resolution
Please contact the ITS Service Desk to request your account creation.
