Creating Affiliate/Non-Employee Accounts

How do I request an Affiliate/Non-Employee of WKU get an email account?

Resolution

Affiliates and Non-Employees of WKU are eligible for an account in the firstname.lastname-aff@wku.edu format​​​​​​​; this is strictly an email-only account and will not come with additional features such as Microsoft Office.

An Affiliate or Non-Employee of WKU must have the Affiliate or Non-Employee status in Banner before an email can be created for them. You can request an email account be created by submitting an online service request.
