Why request this service?

Faculty, Staff, and Students may utilize this request if you need any ITS assistance regarding employee or TopperMail email or any Microsoft 365 application. Some examples include:

  • Request involving employee (@wku.edu) email.
  • Request involving student, affiliate, or alumni (@topper.wku.edu) TopperMail email.
  • Request involving Excel, Office, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and so on.
  • Request involving a shared mailbox or calendar.
  • Request involving a distribution list.
  • Request involving a calendar room or resource (ex., a room or vehicle you can schedule through a calendar).
  • Request involving Google Workspace (College of Education only).
