How can I create a web link on my desktop from Safari?

Navigate to the web page you would like to create a link for.
Click into the
address
bar
.
To the
left
of the address there will be an icon for either the
site's branding
or a
globe
icon.
Click and drag the
site's branding icon
and/or
globe
icon and drop it on your
desktop
.
