Adding WKU Email Account to macOS

How do I access my WKU email account from Apple Mail?

Resolution

This is a non-supported email client. WKU ITS does not support or troubleshoot the use of the macOS Apple Mail application. The following steps are provided for reference only.
  1. Click the Mail application.
  2. Click the Mail menu. 
  3. Select Preferences
  4. Click Add Account
  5. Select Exchange.
  6. Enter your name, email address, and password for the account.
  7. Click Continue.
  8. Select to sign into the account.
  9. Sync the desired content (Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Notes, and Reminders).
  10. Click Done.
