Using Microsoft Authenticator App

How do I set up the Microsoft Authenticator app for my email and/or Blackboard account?

Resolution

If you have issues setting up multi-factor authentication, please contact the ITS Service Desk to request that your MFA be reset.
These steps must be completed with your smart phone plus another device; like a laptop, desktop, or tablet.
