Adding Secondary Authentication Methods in Microsoft

Issue/Question

How can I add additional phone numbers for my WKU email account? 

Environment

• TopperMail Account
• Retiree Exchange Account

Resolution

1. Login to your email account here.
2. Once signed in, click on your initials in the upper right hand corner. 
3. Click View Account.
4. Choose Security Info.
5. Click Add Method +.
6. You can now choose which alternate method you want to add.
