Adding Exchange Account to Outlook App (iOS)

How do I add my Exchange account to my iPhone / iPod / iPad using the Outlook for iOS app?

Resolution

Student worker and departmental/generic Exchange accounts do not have the ability to add their account to mobile devices by default. Please contact the ITS Service Desk to request this feature be enabled.
Due to the nature of the Outlook for iOS app and the method by which it connects to Exchange e-mail accounts, poor performance within the app is to be expected for approximately 24 hours after initial setup. 
  1. From the App Store, download and install the Microsoft Outlook app.
  2. Tap the Outlook app.
  3. Tap GET STARTED.
  4. Enter your full email address (e.g. big.red@wku.edu).
  5. Tap CONTINUE .
  6. Enter your NetID password.
  7. Tap Sign in.
  8. Authenticate with Duo, if prompted. 
  9. Tap SKIP when prompted to add another account.
  10. Swipe through the tutorial.
